Who I Am

I am Breana McGowan, a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist dedicated to helping individuals transform their lives and achieve lasting positive change. I believe that each person possesses incredible inner resources and untapped potential to create profound shifts in thoughts, behaviors, and emotions.

Through a combination of compassionate listening, multiple modalities, customized hypnosis techniques, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions, I empower my clients to overcome obstacles, break free from limiting beliefs, and live their best lives.

With my unwavering promise for inclusivity by creating a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive space, I am committed to all of my client’s journeys of personal growth, healing, and self-discovery, including those with diverse sexual orientations, relationship models, and life paths. I collaborate with those pursuing alternative therapies, including psychedelic- or ketamine-assisted treatments and other diverse therapies, offering hypnotherapy as a safe, supportive complement with their healing team.

Together, we will explore the underlying root causes of your challenges by working with them on the conscious and subconscious levels, leading to long-term, transformative results and empowerment.

I received my Associate’s of Occupational Studies in Mind-Body Psychology and hold certifications in hypnotherapy from the Hypnosis Motivational Institute, an accredited college in Los Angeles, my Bachelor’s of Arts in Sociology from the University of California, San Diego, and my Master’s of Business Administration from National University. I continually stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field. My commitment to professional growth and ongoing education ensures that I can provide you with the most effective and cutting-edge techniques available.
